Nevron has developed a cost effective system for insulating
and protecting pipe work that is quick to install and gives a durable, long lasting finish. Utilising commercially available
pre-formed closed cell insulation and our specifically manufactured PVC wrap, Nevon are able to insulate rigid, semi-rigid
and flexible pipes with this single system.
Originally designed for insulating trace heated pipe work the system
is equally adept for applications that just require insulation. Foam & Wrap is ideal for use on dosing lines as the system
is quick to install and easily removed & replaced for any maintenance that may be required.
The PVC wrap is
a heavy duty, UV stable material that has full length closures as standard using hook and loop overlap seal ensuring a good
fit. bends elbows and tees are pre-manufactured by Nevron and are fitted in the same manner as the straight lengths. The PVC
wrap is available in a selection of colours and can be easily directionally marked.
