Removable Insulation Covers are a flexible way of insulating items
that require regular access for maintenance or cover complex parts.
Removable insulated
covers/mats/muffs/jackets are an excellent method for insulating pumps, valves, flanges and associated pipe work. Nevron
has its own dedicated manufacturing facility to manufacture covers that are designed to fit individual applications.
Using hard wearing, UV stable heavy duty PVC materials, Nevron manufacture products specifically for the Water
Utility environment. Covers are easy to fit, clean and remove for maintenance. Typically the covers are closed using
a Velcro flap and drawcord. The PVC ensures that the covers remain water resistant preventing the insulation from
becoming waterlogged.
Covers are available in several colours and can be provided to tie in with a site colour
scheme.
High temperature covers are available for applications such as generator exhausts and CHP systems.
